The Her­mitage a Trib­ute Port­fo­lio Ho­tel, Jakarta launched its Sun­day Brunch fea­tur­ing a va­ri­ety of tan­ta­liz­ing dishes crafted by Chef Francesco Greco's molec­u­lar tech­niques us­ing tra­di­tional In­done­sian in­gre­di­ents.

Favourite sta­tions in­clude the al fresco pasta and noo­dles sta­tion, a meat sec­tion that of­fers prime cuts of beef, chicken, fish and pork, a fresh seafood sta­tion, a cold ap­pe­tis­ers sec­tion and a fan­tas­tic dessert sta­tion at which you'll find sweet treats for the whole fam­ily, in­clud­ing ice cream, gelato, choco­late fon­due and a se­lec­tion of pre­mium tra­di­tional In­done­sian desserts. The in­ter­na­tional Sun­day brunch pack­age in­cludes un­lim­ited re­fills of min­eral wa­ter, tea and cof­fee.

L'Av­enue Restau­rant fea­tures three din­ing ar­eas that can ac­com­mo­date up to 68 and a mer­cury-glass-adorned pri­vate din­ing room that can ac­com­mo­date up to 12 – a per­fect venue any time you're look­ing to host a pri­vate event or so­cial gath­er­ing.
