In this edition of Exquisite Taste, we pay homage to our favourite chefs across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Singapore and Hong Kong in the Cover Story pages. We take a look at their journeys – from sometimes humble beginnings to becoming the most respected names in the culinary scene.
