Food con­nois­seurs in Bali should keep their sched­ules open on the 10th and 14th June for a rare culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ence at Maya re­sorts. Maya re­sorts proudly wel­come Chef Eric Boutté, owner of L’Au­ber­gade, a Miche­lin star-listed restau­rant in Dury, France, a mag­nif­i­cent chef with more than 29 years of ex­pe­ri­ence. Din­ers can look for­ward to two out­stand­ing din­ing events, the first one is on the 10th held at Maya Sa­nur Resort & Spa, and the sec­ond one is on the 14th at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. Eric will pre­pare a set menu that show­cases his im­pres­sive ex­per­tise in culi­nary arts, where he metic­u­lously picks the best sea­sonal pro­duce to use in his cre­ations. The in­cred­i­ble dishes will in­clude his Le Crabe et le Pot­iron, Le Saumon et la Pomme de Terre and Litchi et Cham­pagne, among oth­ers.
