A MICHELIN GUEST AT MAYA
Food connoisseurs in Bali should keep their schedules open on the 10th and 14th June for a rare culinary experience at Maya resorts. Maya resorts proudly welcome Chef Eric Boutté, owner of L’Aubergade, a Michelin star-listed restaurant in Dury, France, a magnificent chef with more than 29 years of experience. Diners can look forward to two outstanding dining events, the first one is on the 10th held at Maya Sanur Resort & Spa, and the second one is on the 14th at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. Eric will prepare a set menu that showcases his impressive expertise in culinary arts, where he meticulously picks the best seasonal produce to use in his creations. The incredible dishes will include his Le Crabe et le Potiron, Le Saumon et la Pomme de Terre and Litchi et Champagne, among others.
