Sun­days have taken on a Riviera feel at Cucina! The team be­hind the re­sort's award-win­ning brunches have hit re­fresh and un­veiled an­other culi­nary ex­trav­a­ganza to brighten your Sun­days.

With a bright, summery new look, a French-Italian Riviera palate and a boun­ti­ful se­lec­tion of foods, the choices are daz­zling. With more pass-arounds, an à la carte se­lec­tion and plenty of new live sta­tions, in­clud­ing a pros­ecco sta­tion with fresh fruit purées, guests are sure to flock to Sof­i­tel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Re­sort.

The salad ta­ble has an im­pres­sive line up of gar­den fresh choices, in­clud­ing the Cae­sar sta­tion with its parme­san wheel, ro­maine, sous vide eggs, an­chovies and all the trim­mings. The roasts have also taken on an Italian flair with Tus­cany-style roasted bar­ra­mundi and Ro­man roast lamb leg with an­chovies, gar­lic, rose­mary and sage among the choices.

Of course, there is an­tipasto, risotto, pas­tas, piz­zas and moun­tains of seafood on ice, as well as can­noli cooked à la minute and stuffed with mas­car­pone, freshly cooked Italian donuts and ta­bles groan­ing with the weight of other temp­ta­tions.

The buf­fet is served with soft drinks, mock­tails and juices, while the drinks pack­age of­fers pros­ecco, Italian wines, home­made limon­cello and amaretto.
