Exquisite Taste - - Best Branches -

With a refreshing setting by the outdoor pool of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong – right in the thick of the dynamic city, The Grill provides an alfresco dining space that specialises in grilled delicacies, homemade fruit and vegetable blends and signature iced teas. With French Provencal and Mediterranean fare on offer, The Grill is a popular option for an outdoor lunch or dinner and, to top it off, it also offers a great weekend brunch.

The brunch, which is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11.30AM to 3PM, features a selection of fresh and healthy salads, an alluring seafood selection on ice, including sustainable Canadian lobsters, flower crabs, mangrove tiger prawns and more, plus breakfast items and signature homemade desserts, among others. The brunch also offers selections of cold cuts, including homemade smoked salmon and liver pate.

The fresh juice and smoothie station is also there to quench the thirst. You might want to upgrade the brunch package to get an unlimited flow of sparkling wine, white and red wine and beer.

Of course, a brunch at The Grill wouldn't be complete without its culinary ace: the grill section. The grilled baby back ribs are the epitome of succulence and not to be missed. The grilled lamb chops are fragrant with natural juices and herbs. Get the mixed seafood or mixed meat to taste even more of The Grill's goodness.

For a super sweet ending, the dessert selection showcases the Sexy Pink Strawberry Pops and homemade ice cream and sorbet.
