Spare half a day – or more – to ex­pe­ri­ence the be­spoke Bal­ance Well­ness Retreats at Anan­tara Spa. The half-day well­ness pro­gramme starts with 60 min­utes of Hatha Yoga, be­fore con­tin­u­ing to the 90-minute Ba­li­nese Spa De­tox rit­ual. The jour­ney ends with a two-course lunch of well­ness cui­sine and a glass of raw juice. There are also the two- and three-day op­tions if you want a more thor­ough retreat.
