The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has proudly announced the appointment of Mimin Mintarsih as the resort's newest executive pastry chef. Hailing from Sukabumi, Indonesia, Mimin's career mostly comprises honing her skills at luxury properties in the Middle East, with Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa Jordan as the most recent stint before she joined Westin.
With 18 years of creative experience, Mimin brings an artisanal touch to creating baked goods and pastries unlike any other.
Add to that her attention to detail, commitment to teamwork and drive to be the best, she will surely bring a sweet note to The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali's kitchen team. Those with a sweet tooth can look forward to the new and revitalised afternoon tea experience, available daily at the resort's Lobby Bar & Lounge, courtesy of Mimin.
