Hail­ing from Suk­abumi, In­done­sia, Mimin's ca­reer mostly com­prises hon­ing her skills at lux­ury prop­er­ties in the Mid­dle East, with Hil­ton Dead Sea Re­sort & Spa Jor­dan as the most re­cent stint be­fore she joined Westin.

With 18 years of creative ex­pe­ri­ence, Mimin brings an ar­ti­sanal touch to cre­at­ing baked goods and pas­tries un­like any other.

Add to that her at­ten­tion to de­tail, com­mit­ment to team­work and drive to be the best, she will surely bring a sweet note to The Westin Re­sort Nusa Dua, Bali's kitchen team.
