NSNTR restaurant presents the What The Shell weekend buffet every Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 10pm, where you can enjoy the elevated evening views while savouring the freshest seafood and other delectable delicacies.
The main show is the fresh seafood selection on ice, including fresh clams, blue crabs and tiger prawns, in addition to the sushi rolls and sashimi. The live-grill station highlights succulent dishes like ikan bakar Makassar, Singapore-style chilli soft shell crab, seafood pizza, grilled squid, seafood satay and grilled fish.
Also on offer are a refreshing appetiser and salad bar, carving station and pasta and noodle station where you can whip up Italian noodle dishes to your liking. Wrapping up the dining journey is the dessert selection, comprising pandan crème brulee, cheese cake, red velvet cake, white chocolate and coffee mousse, raspberry panna cotta, assorted Indonesian bites and a chocolate fountain. Don't miss the make-your-own ice cendol for a refreshing ending.
