Adin­ing pro­gramme that ex­cites dis­cern­ing din­ers in Sin­ga­pore, the $100 Gourmet sees award­win­ning chefs from all over the world com­ing to Sin­ga­pore ev­ery month to col­lab­o­rate, of­fer­ing a din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence un­like any other. The two chefs of the month whip up a be­spoke one-time ex­clu­sive menu at Sin­ga­pore's hippest din­ing des­ti­na­tions. The Au­gust edi­tion will see Sin­ga­pore­anBri­tish Chef El­iz­a­beth Allen from Kaizen House in Lon­don, cook­ing side by side with Chef Ben­jamin Halat from CU­RATE at Re­sorts World Sen­tosa.

The duo will pre­pare ex­quis­ite dishes us­ing Asian in­gre­di­ents and Eu­ro­pean tech­niques. Mean­while from 31st Au­gust un­til 3rd Septem­ber, vis­it­ing chef James Corn­wall and host chef Jake Kowalewski will pre­pare a six-course tantalising menu to re­mem­ber.
