Adining programme that excites discerning diners in Singapore, the $100 Gourmet sees awardwinning chefs from all over the world coming to Singapore every month to collaborate, offering a dining experience unlike any other. The two chefs of the month whip up a bespoke one-time exclusive menu at Singapore's hippest dining destinations. The August edition will see SingaporeanBritish Chef Elizabeth Allen from Kaizen House in London, cooking side by side with Chef Benjamin Halat from CURATE at Resorts World Sentosa.
The duo will prepare exquisite dishes using Asian ingredients and European techniques. Meanwhile from 31st August until 3rd September, visiting chef James Cornwall and host chef Jake Kowalewski will prepare a six-course tantalising menu to remember.
