Exquisite Taste - - Best Brunches -

collage All Day Dining is located in Pullman Central Park's L floor, offering guests a sumptuous sky high dining experience while dining. The restaurant is open throughout the day, offering a variety of tantalising dishes curated by the hotel's talented culinary team. Parents bringing children are welcome to drop them off in the Kids' Corner. Children will have a marvellous time swimming amongst pool balls, interacting with each other and watching DVDs together.

First-time diners at Collage All Day Dining will be impressed by the clean and contemporary design sensibilities of the restaurant. Generous banks of tall vertical windows allow for plenty of ambient light as well as sweeping views of the outdoor patio for diners to admire while enjoying their meal.

The heart of the restaurant is the openkitchen buffet stations. The appetiser section features premium cold cuts, imported cheeses, fresh salads, seasonal house-made soups as well as fresh sushi and sashimi. Moving on to the seafood station, diners will be dazzled by the fresh air-flown seafood on display such as crabs, mussels and lobsters. Guests can also enjoy a variety of other dishes such as made-to-order fresh pasta and traditional Indonesian and Indian buffet stations. For guests looking for a unique treat, do check out the restaurant's à la carte menu which features local delicacies such as nasi bakar Majapahit – charcoal-grilled banana-wrapped rice is served with salted fish, a choice of beef empal or chicken, vegetables and kerupuk. Guests will also be glad to know that the restaurant serves complimentary fruit-based mocktails as part of the brunch.

Guests who are looking to satiate their sweet tooth are urged to check out the dessert counter. The hotel's pastry chefs have prepared a wide selection of crepes, ice creams and toppings for diners to craft their own personalised sweet treat.
