AT SOFITEL BALI NUSA DUA BEACH RESORT

Exquisite Taste - - Best Brunches -

Few can rival the Riviera Brunch at Cucina, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. Recreating Mediterranean delights in Nusa Dua, Bali, the brunch has a bright, summery look, inspired by the French-Italian Riviera region. The inspiration is also seen in the spread of the delectable delights found every Sunday at Cucina. From 11am to 3pm, Cucina opens its doors for the magnificent Riviera Brunch, where diners can bask in a bounty of exquisite delicacies. The fresh seafood selection at Cucina is simply superb, showcasing endless oysters and lobsters, among other delights. The restaurant also boasts the most elaborate roast and carving station on the island, with succulent meats ranging from chicken and beef to lamb and turkey. Check out the Tuscany-style roasted barramundi and Roman roast lamb leg with anchovies, rosemary, garlic and sage to have a truly hearty dining experience.

The pasta station is a favourite, where diners can watch their pasta being made in the parmesan wheel. Imagine the homemade

cream sauce, fresh smoked bacon and parmigiano cheese holy trinity, and you'll want to make the bookings as soon as possible. The latest star is the lush seafood paella, ideal for family-style sharing.

From pasta we go to lush risotto, the always sought-after pizza selection and the decadent dessert room, where you'll find the sweetest bites that are appetising for diners of all ages. Freshly cooked Italian donuts is just one of the sugary bites that are waiting to be savoured at Cucina.

As if the spread isn't bountiful enough, the Riviera Brunch offers scrumptious passarounds and a divine à la carte selection that you won't want to miss. The sumptuous brunch comes with free-flow soft drinks, mocktails and juices, but be sure to have a look at the drinks package offer that allows you prosecco, Italian wines, homemade limoncello and amaretto.

Completing the brunch experience is the complimentary swimming pool access, which makes a great way to end the laidback Sunday escapade, especially with the kids. Speaking of which, kids under 12 years old eat for free.

If you need further convincing, Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort Executive Chef Daine Gilbert has something to say, “Cucina brings a unique Mediterranean wine-and-dine experience with Italian al fresco dining and the finest decadent Italian fine-dining cuisine. It is one of the most alluring dining experiences you could ever enjoy.”
