• 400g Bos­ton lob­ster • 200g rice


Lob­ster broth

1. Deshell the lob­ster and wash the

lob­ster shell clean. 2. Stir-fry lob­ster shell over a low heat 3. Crush the shell, add wa­ter and boil over a high heat for 30 min­utes 4. Re­move shell from broth

5. Add a dash of salt and sugar


1. Cook the steamed rice in lob­ster broth

2. Add lob­ster meat and bring to a boil.
