Five-Star Pleasure - - PUBLISHER’S NOTE -

Towering 150 metres above the Indian Ocean, Bulgari Resort Bali is one of the world’s most exclusive and

exotic destinations.

Located near the village of Pecatu on Bali’s far southwestern tip, and uniquely positioned high above the shore, Bulgari I Resort Bali offers unrivalled views across the Indian Ocean. Through the scattered vegetation, rocks and coral are visible to the naked eye and the entire atmosphere is a loose reminder of the Mediterranean, with its transparent, bright flair.

The three key elements that distinguish Bulgari Resort Bali are its unique location, the blend of traditional Balinese style with dramatic contemporary Italian design and the variety of services that have been crafted with the same attention to detail that has always distinguished Bulgari.

ACCOMMODATION: The resort is comprised of 59 ocean-view villas, including three two-bedroom villas and the 1,300-square-metre Bulgari Villa. The resort reflects a contemporary interpretation of traditional Balinese design while conveying that distinctive Bulgari Italian style. The layout and design also incorporate the culture and natural elements of the island. The resort has been built and furnished using hand-cut volcanic stone, rich exotic woods and refined fabrics. Natural lava and palimanan stone are used for the garden and interior walls, refined hardwoods in the villas, and natural, green sukabumi stone to clad outdoor showers, and plunge and swimming pools. A collection of exquisite Balinese antiques and exotic art pieces adorn the entire resort.

DINING: Enjoy a sunset aperitivo at The Bar. Perched atop the cliff and with unobstructed views across the Indian Ocean, this is the ideal venue for sipping a cocktail as the sun slips below the horizon in a splash of colour. Sangkar Restaurant is perched on a plateau overlooking the beach and sea and has a casual atmosphere to go along with its stunning ocean views. The comprehensive menu offers an array of Asian and international dishes as well as Indonesian favourites. Il Ristorante, the resort’s signature Italian restaurant, features creative interpretations of classical Italian cuisine, perfectly blending the finest imported Italian ingredients with the island’s organic produce.

THE SPA: A unique space offering exclusive treatments, along with a distinctive philosophy for well-being based on traditional Asian traditions and techniques – that is the oceanfront Spa at Bulgari Resort Bali. The Spa menu has been conceived to offer a complete range of Balinese, Asian and European therapies. Treatments include Bulgari Signature Experiences, Balinese and Ayurvedic rituals, intensive facials, body wraps and holistic massages.
