A sublime taste of life

on The Edge

The Edge is a dramatic villa property determined to offer its guests a sublime taste of life. Uluwatu is the pinnacle of Bali in close proximity to the airport, the tourist districts of Kuta and Seminyak, international golf courses (one only three minutes away), and the beaches of Nusa Dua and Uluwatu. As one of best villa properties in the area, The Edge is recognized as a collection of exclusive private villas with professional and personalized dedicated butler service to ensure that all the needs of guests are catered for. It is located at the edge of a cliff offering breathtaking views of the ocean from the pinnacle of Bali, the ‘Island of the Gods’.

ACCOMODATION: Precious, unforgettable moments can be experienced in the stunningly located luxury villas at The Edge Bali. Each villa and the 10 bedrooms in the villas have a sea view overlooking the Indian Ocean. Each villa is equipped with a fully integrated entertainment audio and visual system including wi-fi internet, a state-of-theart lighting system, private pool, oversized bathtubs, outdoor garden showers, fully catered kitchen, and butler service to cater to every need.

DINING: The Edge offers no signature dishes, it offers a personalized, signature menu tailor-made for each guest based on the gourmet guidance of the executive chef and guest preferences. Breakfast is not only included in your accommodation; it is personally prepared by your dedicated butler in the villa private kitchen and served at the location of your choice. The extensive poolside grazing menus cover brunch, lunch, canapés and aperitifs for lazy days spent at the pool or spa or in the villas themselves.

Dishes prepared by the Executive Chef and his team include locally inspired fresh seafood, elegant Mediterranean and European and subtle Asian delicacy plates. With an extensive wine cellar of over 200 vintage selections, the food and wine pairing is masterfully created to complete the perfect dining experience.

SPA: Clinging to the rock face of a stunning sea cliff, The Edge Spa defies conventions and gravity. Designed to fuse with its surroundings, the spa skims above the azure blue sea. With liquid floors, wall-less rooms and sensuous curves, its lightness of being seduces and liberates the senses, coaxing them to suspend disbelief.

The spa’s innovative design may break new ground, but the soul of the spa is as old as Bali itself. The Edge Spa offers quintessentially Balinese spa experiences inspired by the four basic elements of simple Balinese canang (temple offerings): sacred flowers, blessed water, life-giving rice and sincere devotion. All products are custom-made for The Edge by A.W. Lake. The Edge Spa earned an award from Asia Spa magazine as 2010’s Most Innovative Spa of the Year.

WEDDINGS: With breathtaking views of the Ocean at the pinnacle cliff of Bali, The Edge is the perfect venue for your wedding dreams. The wedding venues are created for intimate and graceful weddings in a sophisticated setting that offers magnificent views of the Indian Ocean. The professional butlers, together with your wedding planner, are at your service to attend to all the intricate details to ensure that the venue, decoration, entertainment and photography arrangements are all care-free for you on your special day.
