Boil a mix­ture of wa­ter, le­mon juice, olive oil, and Mix to­gether all the dry in­gre­di­ents apart from the cheese, co­rian­der, and wal­nuts. Pour boiling wa­ter

over the mix, stir, and cover with plas­tic and set aside for ten min­utes. Mix the yo­ghurt with cumin, cu­cum­ber and sea­son to taste. When the cous­cous is cool to the touch, mix gen­tly with a fork and ad­just the sea­son­ing. Add

wal­nuts, co­rian­der, and leaves. Dress the salad with yo­ghurt mix

and fin­ish with feta.
