If you thought mocha was just another variation of coffee brew such as latte or cappucino, then think again. Mocha is actually an organic arabica variety that has been grown for nearly a millennium in the highlands of Yemen, and is named after an ancient port city in the north of the country. The altitude and closeness to the Red Sea probably gives it its distinct lively flavour.
