Czech Repub­lic and Moven­pick Re­sort Team Up in World Class Con­cert for Im­por­tant Cause

Moven­pick Re­sort and Spa Jim­baran have part­nered with the Czech Repub­lic govern­ment to sup­port lo­cal non- govern­ment or­gan­i­sa­tion Yayasan Peduli

Autisme Bali (the Autism Care Bali Foun­da­tion) fo­cus­ing on chil­dren with spe­cial needs. To­gether, the or­gan­i­sa­tion will host the 'Ten Strings' con­cert May 9 fea­tur­ing two renowned Czech clas­si­cal mu­si­cians.

Vi­o­lin­ist Jaroslav Sve­cený and gui­tarist Miloslav Klaus will per­form for 90 min­utes, with all prof­its go­ing to the foun­da­tion to fund a new fa­cil­ity for chil­dren with autism. The con­cert is part of the ho­tel's plan to sup­port lo­cal com­mu­nity projects.

Moven­pick Re­sort and Spa Jim­baran Bali’s Gen­eral Man­ager Horst Walther- Jones said the ho­tel was pleased to host such an ex­cit­ing event for such an im­por­tant cause.

“We are de­lighted to part­ner with the Em­bassy of the Czech Repub­lic to present two em­i­nent mu­si­cians and hold such an honourable event to­gether. We are pleased to have the op­por­tu­nity to host this ex­tra­or­di­nary con­cert while con­tribut­ing to so­ci­ety,” Walther- Jones said in a press state­ment.
