The Sayan House prom­ises a new din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in Ubud, Bali. It’s nice to have con­tem­po­rary Asian fare with an in­spir­ing sur­round­ing, very tran­quil and re­lax­ing. Din­ing here is in­deed ther­a­peu­tic. Start with Porcini Royal Soup Con­somme, which is inspired by the Jape­nese dish chawan­mushi, Sauteed Foie Gras Ni­giri (Sushi), or Thai-style Green Curry Fet­tuc­cine. Aus­tralian Wagyu Sir­loin Steak with freshly grated Wasabi and ag­ing soya sauce, or Gi­ant Crispy Shrimp Tem­pura Fried Rice.
