The Sayan House promises a new dining experience in Ubud, Bali. It’s nice to have contemporary Asian fare with an inspiring surrounding, very tranquil and relaxing. Dining here is indeed therapeutic. Start with Porcini Royal Soup Consomme, which is inspired by the Japenese dish chawanmushi, Sauteed Foie Gras Nigiri (Sushi), or Thai-style Green Curry Fettuccine. Australian Wagyu Sirloin Steak with freshly grated Wasabi and aging soya sauce, or Giant Crispy Shrimp Tempura Fried Rice.
