• The mushroom soup is made from just mushrooms with no cream at all making it really robust and flavoursome, and served with a bruschetta and parma ham

• The duck confit is perfectly crisp on the outside and tender on the inside and is served on a bed of mashed potato of perfect consistency

• The house-made marinated black cod was cooked so beautifully that the flesh just fell apart tenderly when we sink your fork into the cod, and it is bursting with umami flavour
