European Fancy

In keeping with its reputation as one of the city’s most outstanding restaurants, this year Cassis has transformed its concept from a French fine-dining outlet to a more casual eatery. The change was led by Budi Cahyadi, an F&B professional and the group’s Director of Operations. “Cassis today presents a new concept that aims to strike a chord with lifestyle connoisseurs, offering a unique experience through a medley of menus with a distinctive touch, a cozy atmosphere, and a reliable service with heart,” he said. Besides modifications to its interior, Cassis has also changed its culinary concept from focusing on French cuisine to a more general European menu, together with new Executive Chef Nick Rada.
