AXOR presents an integrated, uncluttered and smart control for a truly invigorating shower experience in the new AXOR One
Soapy hands should worry no more when turning the shower on thanks to AXOR One. This newest central control from the AXOR brand under the Hansgrohe Group is generously sized yet remains fascinatingly clean and bare, which allows an unobtrusive, user-friendly statement. A unification of controls—also accessible with a back-hand or elbow tap— means a uninterrupted shower experience.
AXOR One’s monolithic and soft form comes in subdued chrome, brushed brass and bold red gold to match any bathroom style and mood. Designed by London-based duo Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby and debuted in Indonesia recently, this smart control includes a series of responsive buttons to control temperature, water volume and water outlet.
Turn the central dial to set the temperature as regulated by a cleverly concealed thermostat. A small lever directly beneath regulates the water volume with an additional Eco Mode that will reduce water consumption up to 50 per cent. Meanwhile, there is AXOR One with one, or two, or three paddles to choose the different water outlet—between overhead, side shower or via hand-held shower.
Barber & Osgerby transformed the idea of a central shower control element into an engaging, purely mechanical interface. This, in turn, refines showering into a tactile, precise and responsive practice to make your shower time more beautiful and meaningful.
