Chris Salans, born in Washington DC, on July 18, 1970, is one of the most no­table chefs in the coun­try. Af­ter grad­u­at­ing from Tufts Univer­sity in Bos­ton, he turned to his pas­sion: cook­ing. In 2012, Chris was joined by Chef James Ephraim and opened the Mozaic beach Club in Batu Be­lig on the south­west Coast of Bali and pub­lished his first book, Mozaic: French Cui­sine, Ba­li­nese Flavours, in 2011.
