With a vast culi­nary back­ground in­clud­ing L’ecole Du Grand Cho­co­lat (Val­rhona), Wil­liam Wongso has made a name for him­self in the na­tion’s culi­nary in­dus­try. He is also a suc­cess­ful res­tau­ra­teur, some these are Vineth Bak­ery, Wil­liam Kafe Artis­tik, W Surabaya Cafe and other restau­rants. Born in Malang, on 12 April 1947, He has achieved Che­va­lier Dans L’or­dre due Merite Agri­cole, one of the high­est awards for pro­mot­ing French cui­sine and culi­nary tra­di­tions, and is cur­rently the Chef de Cui­sine at Garuda In­done­sia.
