On November 20, 2015, Mobiliari Group, publisher of Indonesia Tatler, celebrated the Indonesia Tatler Ball 2015, which also marked the magazine’s 15th anniversary. This must-be-seen-at event was held at the deluxe Dian Ballroom at the brand-new Raffles Hotel Jakarta and welcomed a multitude of guests, including diplomats, VIPS, ministers, socialites and overseas visitors who mixed and mingled at what is always the biggest event in the year’s social calendar. Sponsored by Hublot, ION Orchard, The Time Place, Asian Couture Federation, BMW and Mikimoto, the Ball celebrated those individuals whose achievements have cemented their place in Indonesia’s high society. The evening started on a high note, with guests arriving at the 11th floor of the hotel decked out in all their finery and eagerly snapping selfies—and professional photos, of course—against the event backdrop before moving in to socialise, network and treat themselves to delicious canapés and wines. Meanwhile, Mikimoto, the Singapore-based fine jewellery house and a proud event sponsor, presented a special photo booth at the entrance of the foyer for guests to have their pictures developed instantly. As befitting the 2015 Ball’s theme of “Edwardian Elegance”, guests sported the most impeccable gowns and smart tuxes adding to the lavish glam of the setting, with the black and gold décor of the ballroom creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The seated gala dinner brought together some 385 personally invited and distinguished guests who were treated to a sumptuous five-course meal prepared by the talented chefs of Raffles Hotel Jakarta. To pair with the meal, guests were also treated to a variety of delicious wines provided by sponsor Wolf Blass. Aimee Julliette was flawless in a black ensemble as she took over the microphone as the evening’s Master of Ceremonies. She kicked off the celebrations by announcing the evening’s sequence of events before calling on Mrs Millie Stephanie, CEO and
