A grad­u­ate of Le Cor­don Bleu Paris, San­dra Djo­han is be­hind Jakarta’s lat­est French cui­sine sen­sa­tion Epi­logue as its owner and Head Chef. In 2005, San­dra also opened a small French Bistro Restau­rant, Co­queli­cot le Bistro, in the Cipete area. Her culi­nary ex­per­tise stems from her nu­mer­ous re­search trips through­out the dif­fer­ent re­gions in Europe, Asia, the US and at home. In her spare time, San­dra en­joys re­search­ing re­gional In­done­sian cuisines and in­gre­di­ents.
