Beaming with Pride

Pinkan Indonesia takes Kolintang to an international stage

Pinkan Indonesia presented its Kolintang Goes to Unesco concert at the Sydney Opera House to much cheer and applause. The audience members and all of Indonesia were filled with pride as a piece of local heritage was performed on one of the world’s biggest stages. Former minister Purnomo Yusgiantoro, and spouse, were present at the concert along with many of Australia’s prominent musical figures.
