Now into its second year, the weekend of ART STAGE Jakarta saw a huge variety of guests, young and old, all of whom have exactly the same passion: art. Installations, paintings and other inspiring artworks from approximately 20 visionary artists drew admiring attention from the crowds who visited.

Workshops and talk shows were also hosted during the week prior to the opening of the ART STAGE weekend, bringing together invited guests, art enthusiasts and those simply curious about Indonesia’s art scene. This was held at the Indonesia Tatler Pavilion, located on level 3 of the hotel, which was especially designed for all those who attended. Indonesia Tatler was the strategic media partner of ART STAGE Jakarta.

“ART STAGE Jakarta has successfully built a bridge between Indonesia and the international art world, which has helped to cement Indonesia’s global reputation and position as the most active and biggest art scene in Southeast Asia,” said Lorenzo Rudolf, Founder and President of ART STAGE.

The Indonesia Tatler Pavilion was also supported by the event’s partners, including Laflo, Santai Furniture, The Time Place, St. Regis Residence Jakarta, Karbon, MM Galeri, Larch Studios, CAPITAL, Wonders of Weaving, BYO Living and Mario Wibowo Photography.

All the visitors had a splendid and informative time at the pavilion, where they had the opportunity of networking, indulging in conversation about the art pieces, and simply resting amid the day’s tight schedule surrounded by stunning art. VIP members, meanwhile, were provided with black and gold cards, which allowed them to enjoy the selection of wines and canapés offered at the pavilion.

Art enthusiasts and artists themselves also took advantage of the Indonesia Tatler Pavilion, where they could discuss the art pieces with a sense of privacy and intimacy. The pavilion was open to all those who were present from the special opening of ART STAGE Jakarta up until the closing of the event on its last day.
