The Samali Hotels and Resorts corporate logo is comprised of three pleasing elements in the form of three high-rise buildings that combine to become a unified whole. The logo also recalls the fan-shaped leaves of the traveller palm tree, ravenala madagascariensis, an inspiration for the brand. The palm is renowned in its native Madagascar as an aid to travellers. Its stem holds drinkable rainwater, while its leaves, which tend to grow in an eastwest line, can serve as a crude compass. As such, the traveller palm is an emblem of travel and hospitality that also reflects the Samali philosophy and vision of creating well-known hotel brands and comprehensive experiences. The logo also symbolizes change, development and growth, in line with Samali’s commitment to continue exploring and innovating.
