Virgin Atlantic unveils revised A330 Upper Class
VIRGIN ATLANTIC has revealed its revised A330 Upper Class seating, to be fitted on all ten A330s between now and early next year.
The 31 Upper Class seats, all with direct aisle access, are the same design as those installed on the B787 Dreamliner and feature the latest touchscreen technology and more overhead locker space. The bar (pictured left) has been relocated next to the “Wander Wall” refreshment zone for premium economy passengers, providing more privacy between the communal area and seats.
This month, Virgin Atlantic is launching a new daily year-round service from Manchester to New York JFK. Until October, it is also flying from the northern city to San Francisco (three-times weekly) and Boston (twiceweekly). All three routes are being operated in partnership with Delta. virginatlantic.com
