For once I am writ­ing not to com­plain but to praise the great ser­vice and help that the Air France Twit­ter team is pro­vid­ing in trac­ing my lost lug­gage, chang­ing a book­ing, fi­nal­is­ing a reser­va­tion, as­sign­ing seats, giv­ing flight up­dates and ad­vis­ing on meal choices. They have shown that noth­ing is too dif­fi­cult and are al­ways quick to re­spond, whether early in the morn­ing or at mid­night. I have had ex­pe­ri­ences with the Bri­tish Air­ways, Eti­had and Qatar Air­ways Twit­ter ac­counts but noth­ing com­pares to this. Thank you, Air France Twit­ter team.
