Ryanair reveals plans for connecting services
RYANAIR HAS OUTLINED PLANS to allow customers to book connecting flights on its website.
The low-cost carrier says that it will begin by offering connecting flights within its own network, before expanding this to feeder services from “other airlines” later this year.
The exact timescale is unclear, although Ryanair posted on its Twitter page that “connecting flights will be available this month from #RomeFiumicino”.
In December, The Sunday Telegraph reported that Ryanair was in talks with Norwegian to provide feeder flights to the carrier’s long-haul transatlantic services. The Irish airline is also understood to be in discussion with Aer Lingus to provide a similar service. ryanair.com
