We’re glad our cus­tomer is en­joy­ing trav­el­ling with us from our new home at Gatwick’s South Ter­mi­nal, and es­pe­cially our new lounge, which opened re­cently. We’re de­lighted that our cabin crew con­tin­ues to pro­vide an ex­cel­lent ser­vice.

Our M&S part­ner­ship was in­tro­duced in Euro Trav­eller as a re­sult of feed­back from cus­tomers who asked for more choice and high-qual­ity food and drink on our short-haul flights. This is a new ser­vice and we’re lis­ten­ing to the views of all our cus­tomers to en­sure ev­ery­one has a great ex­pe­ri­ence trav­el­ling with us.
