Hô­tel de Cril­lon re­opens in Paris

HO­TEL DE CRIL­LON, A ROSE­WOOD HO­TEL has re­opened fol­low­ing a fouryear ren­o­va­tion.

The lux­ury Paris prop­erty first opened in 1909, in an 18th-cen­tury man­sion on Place de la Con­corde, and was taken over by Rose­wood Ho­tels and Re­sorts in 2013.

The num­ber of gue­strooms has been re­duced from 147 to 124. They start from 32 sqm and in­clude 46 suites, two of which have been de­signed by Karl Lager­feld.

Food and drink venues in­clude 28-seat gas­tro­nomic restau­rant L’Ecrin; Brasserie d’Au­mont, which has out­door court­yard seat­ing; Jardin d’Hiver, for tea and pas­tries; and Les Am­bas­sadeurs bar, which of­fers live mu­sic ev­ery night.
