We are sorry for the de­lay dur­ing the pas­sen­ger’s re­cent jour­ney with us to Tallinn. We eval­u­ate ev­ery claim in­di­vid­u­ally and have es­tab­lished that the in­bound flight was de­layed due to ear­lier air traf­fic con­trol re­stric­tions in Hong Kong. While we re­gret the in­con­ve­nience this clearly caused, we have de­ter­mined that this case is not el­i­gi­ble for com­pen­sa­tion due to the ex­tra­or­di­nary cir­cum­stances be­yond Fin­nair’s con­trol.
