re­vamped and ex­panded its long-haul econ­omy cater­ing. The air­line now of­fers a four-course meal with starter, main, dessert, and cheese and bis­cuits – plus a sec­ond meal or sub­stan­tial snack, de­pen­dent upon the length of the flight. Also new is an en­hanced snack se­lec­tion, with items such as pret­zels and a wel­come drink, Graze movie snack box and Mag­num ice creams for pas­sen­gers on the longer flights. Other cater­ing im­prove­ments in­clude a hot break­fast ser­vice on longer overnight jour­neys, while com­pli­men­tary drinks con­tinue to be served from the bar. “Our menu has been de­vel­oped to be full of flavour at 35,000ft,” says Carolina Marti­noli, direc­tor of brand and cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ence. The new of­fer­ing launched on Jan­uary 17 and menus will change ev­ery six months.
