The Asian region will continue to play an important role globally in the offshore oil and gas industry over the next five years. With a number of developing countries expected to see increasing demand for energy, the region is likely to see increased levels of offshore oil and gas activity. NOC’s will continue to be the main focus of investment in the region, with IOC’s closely following behind.
