The company delivers an all- encompassing service model for guest satisfaction and brand representation to cruise lines with stevedore services, ground guest services, ship’s agency, terminal management, terminal security and shore excursions. From the moment guests drop their bags in front of the terminal through the entire embarkation process — including exceptionally curated and immersive shore excursions — Metro Cruise, in tandem with the individual cruise line, ensures that every cruise is a memora- ble journey both on and off the ship. The goal is to provide a safe, meaningful and exclusive cruise environment, and Metro works alongside all major cruise lines to provide cruise passengers a seamless experience.

Metro Cruise Services provides a comprehensive suite of cruise service in many major operational cruise hubs including Bayonne, New Jersey; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Galveston, Texas; Los Angeles/ Long Beach and San Francisco, California; and Seattle, Washington.

Metro Cruise president, Stefano Borzone, is a former sea captain who spent many years with Princess Cruises. Several other senior executives at the company also previously worked with major cruise lines, leading a team that truly knows what makes a happy voyage for first-time cruisers and veteran passengers alike.

“When cruise guests enter cruise terminals under our care, they experience an atmosphere of courtesy and impeccable service that leaves lasting impressions far beyond their cruise,” said Stefano Borzone, president of Metro Cruise.

After all, Metro Cruise’s mission statement promises the following: “To uphold a steadfast commitment as an invaluable cruise line business partner and industry expert, with a strong reputation of efficiency, integrity, and execution in the maritime space.”
