ﺍﻋﻤــﺎﻝ ﻋﺠﻴﺐ ﻭ ﻏﺮﻳﺐ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﻭﺭﺯﺵ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩﻱ ﺩﺭ ﺣــﻮﺯﻩ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖﻫﺎﻱ ﻛﻼﻥ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺗﺨﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻫﻤﺎﻥ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺣﻮﺯﻩ ﻧﻈﺎﻡﻭﻇﻴﻔﻪ ﺧﻼﺻﻪ ﻧﻤﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﻭ ﻫﺮ ﺍﺯ ﮔﺎﻫﻲ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻣﻨﺘﻈﺮ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩﻱ ﺑﻮﺩ. ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﮔﺬﺷــﺘﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﺳــﻢ ﺗﻮﺩﻳﻊ ﻭ ﻣﻌﺎﺭﻓﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﻭﺭﺯﺵ ﻭ ﺟﻮﺍﻧﺎﻥ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﺍﺭ ﺷــﺪ! ﺩﻗﺖ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﺭﻓﻪ ﻭ ﺗﻮﺩﻳﻊ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷــﺪﻩ ﻧﻪ ﺭﺋﻴﺲ ﻭ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻟﻴﻜﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﺸــﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﺭﻓﻪ ﻭ ﺗﻮﺩﻳﻊ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻫﺎ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻣﻲﺷــﻮﺩ ﻭ ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥ ﻫﻢ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ، ﺯﻳﺮﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺮﻣﻲﮔﺰﻳﻨﺪ. ﺍﻣﺎ ﻗﺴــﻤﺖ ﺟﺎﻟﺐ ﺩﻳﮕﺮ ﻣﺎﺟﺮﺍ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺮﺍﺳﻢ ﻣﺎﺯﻳﺎﺭ ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﻣﺪﻳﺮ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺸــﻜﺮ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻧﺖ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻛﻪ ﻫﺮ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻤﻲ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﺪﻩ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ

ﻭ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺑﻪ ﮔﺮﺩﺵ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎﻥ! ﻭﺍﻗﻌﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻳﺪﻩ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﺣﻀﻮﺭ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺍﻳﺪﻩﻫﺎﻱ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺭﺗﻘﺎﻱ ﭘﻴﺸــﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﺯ ﭘﺎﺋﻴﻦ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺍﺯ ﻋﺠﺎﻳﺒﻲ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻛﻪ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺁﻧﺮﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕ ﻭﺭﺯﺵ ﺩﻳﺪ. ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﺪﻩ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﻭ ﮔﺮﺩﺵ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎﻥ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺁﻏﺎﺯ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﺭ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻧﺖ ﺷﺮﻭﻉ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ؟ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﻧﺒﻮﺩﻥ ﺍﻳﺪﻩ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺩﺭ ﻳﻚ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ، ﺯﻳﺮﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪﻫﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻳﺎ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ؟ ﻗﺎﻋﺪﺗﺎً ﺑﺎ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻳﺪﻩ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﻭ ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﮔﺮﺩﺵ ﻧﺨﺒﮕﺎﻥ! ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺴــﻤﺖ ﺩﻳﮕﺮﻱ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻛﻪ ﺧﻤﺎﺭﻟﻮ ﻣﻌﺎﻭﻥ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ ﺭﻭﺍﺑﻂ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻲ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻭ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺭﺳــﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺒﻮﺏ ﻭ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺧﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺩﺭﻭﻥ ﻭ ﺑﻴﺮﻭﻥ ﺳــﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﺍﺭ ﻛﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺍﻳــﻦ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻛﺎﺵ ﺧﻮﺩ ﻣﺎﺯﻳﺎﺭ ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺻﻞ ﻳﻚ ﺭﺳــﺎﻧﻪﺍﻱ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺤﺒﻮﺑﻴﺖ ﻣﻲﺑﻮﺩ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﺎﺕ ﺍﻧﺠﻤﻦ ﻭﺭﺯﺵﻧﻮﻳﺴــﺎﻥ ﺣﺪﺍﻗﻞ ﺍﮔــﺮ ﻧﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻧﻔــﺮﺍﺕ ﺍﻭﻝ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﻳﺪﻩ ﺍﻧﺠﻤﻦ ﺍﻣﺎ ﻻﺍﻗــﻞ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻧﻔﺮﺍﺕ ﺁﺧﺮ ﺟﺎ ﻣﻲﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﻣﺎ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﻧﺸــﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺸــﺨﺺ ﺷــﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﻋﻠﻲﺭﻏﻢ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺎﻩ ﺧﺎﺻﻲ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺕﺧﺎﻧﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ ﻧﺘﻮﺍﻧﺴــﺘﻪ ﻣﺤﺒﻮﺑﻴﺖ ﻻﺯﻡ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﺻﺤﺎﺏ ﺭﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ ﺁﻭﺭﺩ. ﺍﻣﺎ ﻧﻜﺎﺗﻲ ﺩﺭ ﻗﺒﺎﻝ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﺳــﻪ ﻗﺴــﻤﺘﻲ ﺧﻤﺎﺭﻟﻮ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﺍﻧﺶ ﺩﺍﺷــﺖ ﻣﺒﻨﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺳــﺮﻟﻮﺣﻪ ﻗﺮﺍﺭﺩﺍﺩﻥ ﺳﻪ ﺍﺻﻞ ﺭﺍﺳــﺘﮕﻮﻳﻲ،ﻧﻈﻢﻭﺍﻧﻀﺒﺎﻁﻭﺍﺣﺴﺎﺱﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺖ!ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﻲﻛﻪﻏﻴﺮﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢﺍﺷــﺎﺭﻩﺩﺍﺭﺩﺑﻪﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪﻗﺎﻋﺪﺗﺎًﺑﻌﻀﻲﺍﺯ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﺍﻧﺶ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺍﺻﻮﻟــﻲ ﺭﺍ ﺭﻋﺎﻳﺖ ﻧﻤﻲﻛﻨﻨﺪ! ﻣﺎﺟﺮﺍﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﺎً ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﻣﺤﺒﻮﺑﻴﺖ ﺍﻭ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺭﺳــﺎﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﻭ ﻛﻤﺘﺮ ﻛﻨﺪ! ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺳــﺆﺍﻝ ﻛﻪ ﺁﻳﺎ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺧﻤﺎﺭﻟﻮ ﺗﺎﻛﻨﻮﻥ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺳﻪ ﺍﺻﻞ ﺭﺍ ﺭﻋﺎﻳﺖ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ؟ ﺍﮔﺮ ﺟﻮﺍﺏ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺍﺳﺖ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺗﻀﻤﻴﻦ ﺑﺪﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺩﺍﻣﻪ ﻫﻢ ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺻﻮﻝ ﺧﻮﺩ ﭘﺎﻳﺒﻨﺪ ﺑﻤﺎﻧﺪ؟ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺳﺆﺍﻝ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺍﺯ ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﺻﻮﻻً ﺧﻤﺎﺭﻟﻮ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻧﺒﻮﻫﻲ ﺍﺯ ﭘﻴﺸﻜﺴﻮﺗﺎﻥ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﺁﺯﻣﻮﺩﻩﻫﺎﻱ ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺭﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﻭ ﺧﺒﺮ ﻛﻪ ﺧﻴﻠﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﻣﻲﺗﻮﺍﻧﻨﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺟﺎﻱ ﺍﻭ ﻭ ﺣﺘﻲ ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﭼﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﻨﻮﺯ ﻧﻴﺎﻣﺪﻩ ﻭ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻨﺪﻟﻲ ﺟﻠﻮﺱ ﻧﻜﺮﺩﻩ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺴــﻴﺎﺭﻱ ﺍﺯ ﺑﺰﺭﮔﺘﺮﻫﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﮔﺮﺩ ﺁﻧﺎﻥ ﻣﺤﺴﻮﺏ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﻳﺎ ﺷﺎﻳﺪ ﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻲﺷﻮﺩ، ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪﺍﻱ ﻣﻲﻛﻨﺪ؟ ﺁﻳﺎ ﺍﻭ ﻓﺮﺍﻣﻮﺵ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰﻫﺎ ﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﺎﺭ ﻧﻴﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺑﺎ ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺗﻲ ﻛﻪ ﻫﺮ ﻟﺤﻈﻪ ﺍﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ، ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺰﻫﺎ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻲﮔﺬﺭﻧﺪ؟ ﺣﺪﺍﻗﻞ ﻓﺮﺩﻱ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺭﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﺭ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻮﻝ ﻧﺎﻇﻤﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺪﺍﻥ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺑﺎﺭﻫﺎ ﻭ ﺑﺎﺭﻫﺎ، ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺗﻲ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺰﺩﻳﻚ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ ﭘﺲ ﭼﻪ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺭﺳﻴﺪﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻣﻲﺷﻮﺩ ﭼﺸﻤﻬﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻭﺍﻗﻌﻴﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﻭ ﻣﺜﻞ »ﻣﺮگ ﺑﺮﺍﻱ ﻫﻤﺴﺎﻳﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ« ﻣﺼﺪﺍﻕ ﭘﻴﺪﺍ ﻛﻨﺪ.
