ﻳﻜـﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻗﺪﺍﻣﺎﺗﻰ ﻛـﻪ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳـﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻠـﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺩﻳﻒ ﺍﺳـﺘﺎﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩﻫﺎ ﻭ ﻧﺸـﺎﻥﻫﺎﻯ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ، ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﻓﺮﻭﺵ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺐ ﺍﺳـﺖ. ﻫﻢﺍﻛﻨﻮﻥ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻼﺵ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮﻩﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻟﮕﻮﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﻰ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﻫﻤﻴﺸﻪ ﻧﺎﺭﺍﺿﻰ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺍﻗﺪﺍﻡ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺭﻭﻧﺪﻯ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺴـﺎﻛﻮ ﺩﻧﺒﺎﻝ ﻣﻰﺷـﻮﺩ ﻭ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺍﻣﺮ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷـﺪﻩ ﺩﺭ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵﻫﺎﻯ ﺩﻭﺭﻩﺍﻯ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﺎﺯﺭﺳﻰ ﻭ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﺍﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ، ﻫﻤﻮﺍﺭﻩ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺗﺒﻪ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﺭﺿﺎﻳﺖﻣﻨﺪﻯ ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﻴﺮﺩ. ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﺧﺮﻭﺟﻰﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻰ ﺷـﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﺎﺯﺭﺳـﻰ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ ﻧﺸـﺎﻥ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻴﺸـﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻭﺯﻥ، ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﺎﺕ ﻳﺪﻛﻰ ﺑﺮﻣﻰﮔﺮﺩﺩ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻳﺴـﺎﻛﻮ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺴـﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﻣﻴـﻦ ﺑﻪﻣﻮﻗﻊ ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺸـﻜﻞ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪﻭﺩ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﻯ ﺑﺮﻃﺮﻑ ﻛﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺁﮔﺎﻫﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻗﺪﺍﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺷـﺮﻛﺖ ﮔﻔﺖﻭﮔﻮﻳﻰ ﺑﺎ ﺳـﻴﺪﺭﺿﺎ ﺣﺴـﻴﻨﻰ ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺍﻳﺴﺎﻛﻮ ﺩﺍﺷـﺘﻪﺍﻳﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺩﺍﻣﻪ ﻣﻰﺧﻮﺍﻧﻴﺪ.

ﺑﺮﺍﺳﺎﺱ ﺁﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵ ﺍﺭﺍﺋﻪ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺳﻮﻯ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﺑﺎﺯﺭﺳـﻰ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻭ ﺍﺳـﺘﺎﻧﺪﺍﺭﺩ، ﻛﻤﺒـﻮﺩ ﻭ ﮔﺎﻫﻰ ﻧﺒﻮﺩ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﺍﺻﻠﻰ ﻣﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺍﻳﺴﺎﻛﻮ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ ﺑﺰﺭگ ﭼﻴﺴﺖ؟
