ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮﺍﻳﻂ ﭼﻨﺪ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺍﺧﻴﺮ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺑﺴﻴﺎﺭﻯ ﺍﺯ ﺑﺤﺮﺍﻥﻫﺎ ﺭﺍ ﭘﺸﺖﺳــﺮ ﮔﺬﺍﺷــﺘﻪ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻣﺴــﺌﻠﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪﮔﺬﺍﺭﻯ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰ، ﻧﻮﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻭ ﺧﺮﻳﺪ ﺩﺍﻧﺶ ﻓﻨﻰ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺍﺣﺪﻫﺎﻯ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪﻯ ﺍﺳﺖ.

ﻣﺘﺎﺳﻔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﻪﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﺑﻴﻤﺎﺭ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﻫﻤﮕــﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺻــﻞ ﻗﻀﻴﻪ ﻛﻪ ﻫﻤﺎﻥ ﺳــﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪﮔﺬﺍﺭﻯ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﺩﺭ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﺍﺳــﺖ، ﻏﻔﻠﺖ ﻛﺮﺩﻩﺍﻳﻢ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻟﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑــﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎﺕ ﻭ ﺩﺭﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺁﻧﻬــﺎ ﻭ ﺟﺮﻳﺎﻥ ﻧﻘﺪﻳﻨﮕﻰ ﭘﺮﺩﺍﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻰﺷﻮﺩ.

ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯ ﻗﻄﻌﻪﺳــﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺑﺎ ﺩﺭﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺩﺍﺷﺘﻦ ﻣﺎﺷــﻴﻦﺁﻻﺕ ﻓﺮﺳﻮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺯﻳﺮﺳــﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﻮﺟــﻮﺩ، ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻜﺮ ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻧﻴــﺎﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﭘﺮﺗﻴﺮﺍژ ﻭ ﻗﺪﻳﻤﻰ ﺩﺭ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻟﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺳــﺎﺯﻭﻛﺎﺭ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﻯ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺒﻴﻴﻦ ﺷــﺪﻩ، ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳــﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺟﺪﻳﺪﻯ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻝ ﻭﺭﻭﺩ ﻭ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﻯ ﻣﺸــﺘﺮﻙ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻓﻖ 1404 ﺭﻳﻞ ﺣﺮﻛﺖ ﻗﻄﺎﺭ ﻗﻄﻌﻪﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﺑﻪ ﺳــﻤﺖ ﻭ ﺳﻮﻯ ﺍﻫﺪﺍﻑ 1404 ﻫﺪﺍﻳﺖ ﺷــﻮﺩ. ﺩﺭ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺷــﺮﺍﻳﻄﻰ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ 3ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻛﻨﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻳﻚﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥ ﺁﻥ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺻﺎﺩﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭ 6ﻣﻴﻠﻴﺎﺭﺩ ﺩﻻﺭ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺻﺎﺩﺭﺍﺕ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﭘﻴﺶﺑﻴﻨﻰ ﺷﺪﻩ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮﺭ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ 52ﻣﻴﻠﻴﺎﺭﺩ ﺩﻻﺭ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎ ﻭ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﺷــﻮﺩ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴــﻦ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎﺕ ﻣﻌﻮﻗﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﻪﺳﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺍﮔﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﺷــﻮﺩ ﺍﻗﺪﺍﻡ ﺍﺷــﺘﺒﺎﻫﻰ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻭ ﻧﺒﺎﻳﺪ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺤﻞ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺩﺭ ﮔﺮﺩﺵ ﺩﺭ ﺣﻮﺯﻩ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ، ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﺷﻮﺩ ﺯﻳﺮﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪﺍﺕ ﺁﻳﻨﺪﻩ ﺩﭼﺎﺭ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻴﻢ ﺷﺪ. ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦﺭﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﻌﻪﺳﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﻫﻤﻮﺍﺭﻩ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻧﻘﺪﻳﻨﮕــﻰ ﺟﺎﺭﻯ ﺭﺍ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﺳــﺮﻣﺎﻳﻪﮔﺬﺍﺭﻯ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ ﻧﻜﻨﻨﺪ ﭼﺮﺍﻛﻪ ﺑﻌﺪﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻴﺮﺍژ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻮﺍﺟﻪ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻨﺪ ﺷﺪ.
