ﺍﻣﺮﻭﺯﻩ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﺩﻳﺰﻟﻰ ﺑﻪﻋﻨــﻮﺍﻥ ﻳﻚ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﻩ ﺷــﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻰﺷﻮﺩ ﺩﺭ ﺣﺎﻟــﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﺑﻨﺰﻳﻨــﻰ ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺩﻻﻳــﻞ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮﻧﻰ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻭﺟــﻮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ. ﻭﻗﺘــﻰ ﺧــﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺳــﺘﻬﻼﻙ ﻣﻰﺍﻓﺘﺪ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﻗﺒــﺖ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳــﺶ ﻣﻰﻳﺎﺑــﺪ ﻭ ﺩﻳﺰﻟﻰﻫــﺎ ﻛﺎﺭﺍﻳﻰ ﺑﻬﺘــﺮﻯ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ. ﺣــﺎﻝ ﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫــﺎﻯ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺑﻰﻧﻈﻴﺮ ﺑــﺎ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻰ ﻫﺮﮔﺰ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﻩ ﻧﻴﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺁﮔﺎﻩ ﺑﺎﺷــﻴﻢ ﻛﻪ ﻭﻗﺘﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺳــﺘﻬﻼﻙ ﻣﻰﺍﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﻧﮕﻬﺪﺍﺭﻯ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮﺍﺗﺐ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻟﻰ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻭ ﺍﮔﺮ ﺩﺭﺳﺖ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻧﺸﻮﺩ ﻣﻨﺒﻌﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻨــﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺩﺭﺣﺎﻝﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻳﻜــﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺩﻻﻳﻠﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﺩﺭ ﺩﻧﻴﺎ ﻫﻤﻪ ﮔﻴﺮ ﻧﺸــﺪﻩ، ﮔﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﺁﻥ ﻭ ﺍﺛﺒﺎﺕ ﻧﺸــﺪﻥ ﺻﺮﻓﻪﺟﻮﻳﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﺳــﺖ ﺯﻳــﺮﺍ ﺻﺮﻓﻪﺟﻮﻳﻰ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺍﻓﻴﻚ ﺑﺴــﺘﮕﻰ ﺩﺍﺭﺩ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺴــﺌﻠﻪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﺪﻩ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭﺣﺎﻝﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﺗﻤــﺎﻡ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﻭ ﺑﺮﻗﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺟﻬﺎﻥ ﺑﻪ 5ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﻫﻢ ﻧﺮﺳــﺪ، ﺷﺎﻳﺪ ﻳﻜﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺭﺍﻫﻜﺎﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺸــﻜﻞ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎ ﻓﻜﺮ ﺍﺳﺎﺳﻰ ﺷﻮﺩ.

ﻭﻗﺘﻰ ﺩﺭﺑﺎﺭﻩ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰﻫﺎ ﺻﺤﺒﺖ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻴﻢ ﺭﺍﻩﻫﺎﻯ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺁﻥ ﻧﻴﺰ ﻣﻄﺮﺡ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ. ﺣﺎﻝ ﺍﮔﺮ ﺑﺤﺚ ﻧﮕﻬﺪﺍﺭﻯ ﺩﺭﺳﺖ ﺭﺍ ﻧﺒﻴﻨﻴﻢ ﺑﺎﺯ ﻫﻢ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔــﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺭﺍﺯﻣﺪﺕ ﻧﮕﺮﺍﻥﻛﻨﻨﺪﻩ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ. ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺷﺮﺍﻳﻂ ﺍﮔﺮ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﺩﺭ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﻓﻘﻂ ﻣﻮﻧﺘﺎژ ﺷــﻮﺩ ﻭﺍﺑﺴــﺘﮕﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎﺭﺝ ﺍﺯ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻣﻰﻳﺎﺑﺪ ﺯﻳﺮﺍ ﺑﺎﺗﺮﻯﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻧﺤﺼﺎﺭ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﻣﺎ ﻛﺸﻮﺭﻯ ﻫﺴﺘﻴﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻧﻘﻼﺏ ﻫﻤﻮﺍﺭﻩ ﺩﺭ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢ ﺑﻮﺩﻩﺍﻳﻢ ﻭ ﻧﺘﻮﺍﻧﺴﺘﻴﻢ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﻪ ﭘﻴﺸﺮﻓﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﻫﻢﺗﺮﺍﺯ ﺩﻧﻴﺎ ﺑﺮﺳﻴﻢ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦﺭﻭ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻭﺍﺭﺩﺍﺗﻰ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪﻑ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺑﺘﻮﺍﻧﻴﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﺭﻳﺰﻯ ﻭﺍﺑﺴﺘﮕﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺑﻠﻨﺪﻣﺪﺕ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺩﻫﻴﻢ.

ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻌﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﮔﺮ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﺍﻗﺪﺍﻣﻰ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷﻮﺩ ﻧﺨﺴــﺖ ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺭﻭﻯ ﺯﻳﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺑﻪﻭﻳﮋﻩ ﻓﻨﺎﻭﺭﻯ ﺑﺎﺗﺮﻯﻫــﺎ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻣﻮﺗﻮﺭﻫﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺯﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭﻣﺎﻥ ﺑﺴــﻴﺎﺭ ﺿﻌﻴﻒ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﺭﻳﺰﻯ ﺑﻨﻴﺎﺩﻯ ﺷﻮﺩ. ﻫﻢﺍﻛﻨــﻮﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺮﻭﻣﻮﺗﻮﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﺼﺮﻓــﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ 04ﺳﺎﻝ ﭘﻴﺶ ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻛﺎﺭﺍﻳﻰ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮﻑ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ. ﺍﻳــﻦ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻣﺮﻳــﻜﺎ ﺑﻪﻭﻳﮋﻩ ﻣﻨﻄﻘــﻪ ﻛﺎﻟﻴﻔﺮﻧﻴﺎ ﻭ ﺍﺭﻭﭘﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻘﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺗﺮﺍﻛﻢ ﺟﻤﻌﻴﺖ ﺯﻳﺎﺩ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﺑﻴﺸــﺘﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ. ﮔﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﻼﻑ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﻣﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺗﺮﺍﻓﻴﻚ ﺳﻨﮕﻴﻦ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺍﺳــﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﻧﻤﻰﺩﻫﻨﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰ ﺑﺎﻳــﺪ ﺭﻭﻯ ﺣﻤﻞﻭﻧﻘﻞ ﺗﻤﺮﻛﺰ ﻛﻨﻴﻢ. ﻛﺸــﻮﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﺭﻭﭘﺎﻳﻰ 3 ﺑﺮﺍﺑــﺮ ﺳــﺮﺍﻧﻪ ﻣﺎ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺩﺍﺭﻧــﺪ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺁﻻﻳﻨﺪﮔﻰ ﺁﻧﻬــﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻧﺪﺍﺯﻩ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﻧﻴﺴــﺖ ﺯﻳﺮﺍ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺧﺎﺹ ﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻨــﺪ ﺍﻣﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺑــﻪ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺿﻌﻴﻒ ﺑــﻮﺩﻥ ﺣﻤﻞﻭﻧﻘﻞ ﻧﺎﮔﺰﻳﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺷﺨﺼﻰ ﻫﺴﺘﻴﻢ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺟﺒﺮﺍﻥ ﺁﻥ ﺑﺎﻳــﺪ ﺭﻭﻯ ﺍﺗﻮﺑﻮﺱﻫﺎﻯ ﺑﺮﻗﻰ ﻭ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳــﺪﻯ ﻛﺎﺭ ﻛﻨﻴﻢ ﺗﺎ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩﺍﺭ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﺑﺎﺷﻴﻢ. ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻨﻰ ﺣﻤﻞﻭﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻰ ﻓﺮﺳﻮﺩﻩ ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻧﺪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮﺭ ﻣﻌﻨﺎﺩﺍﺭﻯ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﭘﺎﻳﺘﺨﺖ ﺭﺍ ﻛﺎﻫــﺶ ﺩﻫﺪ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ ﺍﺳــﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﻫﻴﺒﺮﻳﺪﻯ ﻫﺮﭼﻨــﺪ ﺭﺍﻫﻜﺎﺭ ﺧﻮﺑﻰ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻰﺭﺳــﺪ ﺍﻣــﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪﻫﺎﻯ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻛﻪ ﺗﻌﻤﻴﺮ ﻭ ﻧﮕﻬﺪﺍﺭﻯ ﺑﻪﺩﺭﺳــﺘﻰ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﻧﺸــﻮﺩ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﺯﻳﺴﺖﻣﺤﻴﻄﻰ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻨﺪ ﺩﺍﺷﺖ.
