ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺸﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻰ ﺍﻣﻴﺮﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﺭﺁﻛﺘﻮﺭ ﺯﻳﺴﺘﻰ ﻃﺮﺍﺣﻰ ﻛﺮﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﺁﻥ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﻏﻦ ﻛﺮﭼﻚ ﻳﻚ ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳــﺎﺯ ﺩﻭﺳﺘﺪﺍﺭ ﻣﺤﻴﻂﺯﻳﺴﺖ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻛﺮﺩ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺁﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺳﻮﺧﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﺳﺒﺰ ﺑﻪﻛﺎﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.

ﺑﻪ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵ ﺍﻳﺴﻨﺎ، ﺭﻭﺍﻥﻛﺎﺭﻯ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺗﺴﻬﻴﻞ ﺣﺮﻛﺖ ﻧﺴﺒﻰ ﺳﻄﻮﺡ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻤﺎﺱ ﺑﺎ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺗﻤﺎﻡ ﻭﺳﺎﻳﻞ ﻭ ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰﺍﺗﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺩﻭ ﻳﺎ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻣﻨﻄﺒﻖ ﺑﺮ ﻳﻜﺪﻳﮕﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﭼﺮﺥﺩﻧﺪﻩﻫﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﻛﺎﺭﻛﺮﺩ ﺑﻬﻴﻨﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳــﺎﺯ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺩﺍﺭﻧﺪ. ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳﺎﺯﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺍﺩﻯ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻗﺮﺍﺭ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺩﻭ ﺳــﻄﺢ ﻣﻮﺟــﺐ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ﺁﻣﺪﻥ ﻣﻘﺪﺍﺭ ﻧﻴﺮﻭﻯ ﻣﻘﺎﻭﻡ ﺩﺭ ﺑﺮﺍﺑﺮ ﺣﺮﻛﺖ ﻣﻰﺷﻮﻧﺪ.

ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳــﺎﺯﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻘﺎﻳﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳــﺎﻳﺮ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻﺕ ﺷﻴﻤﻴﺎﻳﻰ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﻛﻤﺘﺮﻯ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺩ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺣﺎﻝ ﺑﺨﺶ ﺑﺰﺭﮔﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳــﺎﺯﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻣﺼــﺮﻑ ﻳﺎ ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺁﻟﻮﺩﮔﻰ ﺯﻳﺴــﺖﻣﺤﻴﻄﻰ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑــﻪ ﻛﺎﺭﺑﺮﺩ ﺭﻭﺯﺍﻓﺰﻭﻥ ﺭﻭﻏﻦﻫﺎﻯ ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳــﺎﺯ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﻣﻮﺍﺩ ﻣﻌﺪﻧﻰ، ﻧﮕﺮﺍﻧﻰﻫﺎ ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺴﺎﺭﺕﻫﺎﻯ ﺯﻳﺴﺘﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭﻏﻦﻫﺎ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﻏﻦﻫﺎﻯ ﺟﺎﻳﮕﺰﻳﻦ ﺩﻭﺳﺘﺪﺍﺭ ﻃﺒﻴﻌﺖ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺍﺳﺖ.

ﺣﺠــﺎﺭ ﺗﺼﺮﻳﺢ ﻛﺮﺩ: ﺩﺭ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺫﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻛﺴــﻴﺪ ﺁﻫﻦ ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴــﻰ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮﺍﻥ ﭘﺎﻳــﻪﺍﻯ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ ﺁﻧﺰﻳــﻢ ﻟﻴﭙﺎﺯ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷــﺪﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﺑﻪﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻳﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺫﺭﺍﺕ ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻰ، ﺳــﻄﺢ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺍﺗﺼــﺎﻝ ﻣﻮﻟﻜﻮﻝﻫــﺎﻯ ﭘﺮﻭﺗﺌﻴﻦ ﻓﺮﺍﻫﻢ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻣﻴــﺰﺍﻥ ﺑﺎﺭﮔﺬﺍﺭﻯ ﺁﻧﺰﻳﻢ ﻟﻴﭙﺎﺯ ﺩﺭ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﺟﺮﻡ ﺷﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ.

ﻭﻯ ﺍﻓﺰﻭﺩ: ﺍﺯﺁﻧﺠﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺫﺭﺍﺕ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻯ ﺧﺎﺻﻴﺖ ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴــﻰ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻤﻚ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻴﺪﺍﻥ ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻰ ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺘﻮﻥ ﺭﺁﻛﺘﻮﺭ ﻛﻨﺘﺮﻝ ﻛﺮﺩ.

ﺣﺠﺎﺭ ﺧﺎﻃﺮﻧﺸــﺎﻥ ﻛﺮﺩ: ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﻛﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻥ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺑﻌــﺎﺩ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﻳﻰ ﺫﺭﺍﺕ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﺜﺒﻴــﺖ 59ﺩﺭﺻﺪﻯ ﭘﺮﻭﺗﺌﻴﻦ ﺭﻭﻯ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺫﺭﺍﺕ ﺷــﺪﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﭘﺲ ﺍﺯ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺁﻧﺰﻳﻢ ﺩﺭ 8 ﺩﻭﺭﻩ ﻣﺘﻮﺍﻟــﻰ، ﻣﻘــﺪﺍﺭ 78ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﺯ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﻟﻴﭙﺎﺯ ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖﺷــﺪﻩ ﺣﻔﻆﺷﺪﻩ ﻭ ﺑﺎﺯﺩﻩ ﻓﺮﺁﻳﻨﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺭﻭﺍﻥﺳﺎﺯ 81/8 ﺑﻮﺩﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ.

ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶﻫﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺗﻼﺵﻫﺎﻯ ﺩﻛﺘﺮ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ ﺣﺠﺎﺭ، ﺩﺍﻧﺶﺁﻣﻮﺧﺘﻪ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺩﻛﺘﺮﺍﻯ ﺩﺍﻧﺸــﮕﺎﻩ ﺻﻨﻌﺘﻰ ﺍﻣﻴﺮﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﻭ ﺩﻛﺘﺮ ﻓﺮﺯﺍﻧﻪ ﻭﻫﺎﺏﺯﺍﺩﻩ، ﻋﻀﻮ ﻫﻴﺎﺕﻋﻠﻤﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺍﻧﺸــﮕﺎﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺠﻠﻪ ‪Industrial Crops and Products‬ ﺑﻪ ﭼﺎپ ﺭﺳﻴﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ.
