ﭼﺸﻢﺍﻧﺪﺍﺯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﺎﺣﺪ ﺯﻳﺎﺩﻯ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺍﺭﺯﻳﺎﺑﻰ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ. ﻫﺪﻑ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺷﻜﺴﺘﻦ ﺭﻛﻮﺭﺩ 5/1ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥ ﻓﺮﻭﺵ ﺳــﺎﻻﻧﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺳــﺎﻝ ﻡ2017 (95-96) ﻭ ﻫﺪﻑﮔــﺬﺍﺭﻯ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﻓــﺮﻭﺵ ﺩﻭ ﻣﻴﻠﻴﻮﻥ ﺩﺳﺘﮕﺎﻩ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ﻡ2022 (1400-01) ﺍﺳﺖ. ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺮﻭﺍﻳــﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺩﺭ ﺳــﺎﻝﻫﺎﻯ ﭘﻴﺶﺭﻭ ﺩﻭ ﺷﺮﻛﺖ ﻓﺮﺍﻧﺴﻮﻯ ﭘﻰﺍﺱﺍﻯ ﻭ ﺭﻧﻮ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﻨﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ.

ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ 30 ﺳــﺎﻝ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻳﻚ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺑﺴــﻴﺎﺭ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷــﺪ ﻭ ﻧﻘﺸــﻰ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺩﺭ ﭘﻴﺸــﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﺩﺍﺷﺖ. ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺣــﺎﻻ ﺩﻭﻣﻴــﻦ ﺻﻨﻌــﺖ ﻣﻬﻢ ﭘــﺲ ﺍﺯ ﻧﻔﺖ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻭ ﺑﻪﻃﻮﺭﺗﻘﺮﻳﺒــﻰ 3ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻧﺎﺧﺎﻟــﺺ ﻣﻠﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺸﻜﻴﻞ ﻣﻰﺩﻫﺪ.

ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻯ ﻋﻘﺒﮕــﺮﺩ ﺑﺰﺭﮔﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺻﻨﻌــﺖ ﻣﻬــﻢ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﻳﺠــﺎﺩ ﻛﺮﺩ، ﺑﻪ ﻭﻳــﮋﻩ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢﻫﺎ ﺩﺭﺳــﺖ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺮﻭﻉ ﺷﻜﻮﻓﺎﻳﻰ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳﺎﺯﻯ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻥ ﺷﺪ. ﺍﺯ ﺳــﺎﻝ ﻡ2012 (90-91) ﺧﺮﻭﺟﻰ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪﻭﺩ 05ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﻭ ﺍﺯ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻗﺎﺑﻞﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ 1/4 ﺩﺳــﺘﮕﺎﻩ ﺑﻪ 007ﻫﺰﺍﺭ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻳﺎﻓﺖ. ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎﻥ، ﻗﻴﻤﺖ ﻭﺳــﺎﻳﻞ ﻧﻘﻠﻴﻪ ﺑﻪﺷﺪﺕ ﻭ ﺗﺎﺣــﺪﻭﺩ 003ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺍﻓﺰﺍﻳﺶ ﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻛﻨﺎﺭ ﺁﻥ، ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﻫﺎﻯ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺎﻥ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﭘﻴﺪﺍ ﻛﺮﺩ.

ﻋﻼﻭﻩ ﺑــﺮ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻮﺍﺭﺩ، ﺑﺎ ﺭﻓﺘﻦ ﻓﺮﺍﻧﺴــﻮﻯﻫﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪﻛﻨﻨــﺪﮔﺎﻥ ﭼﻴﻨــﻰ ﺟﺎﻯ ﺁﻧﻬــﺎ ﺭﺍ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳــﻦ ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﭼﻴﻨﻰﻫﺎ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺳــﻬﻢ ﺑﺰﺭﮔﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺑﮕﻴﺮﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺷــﺮﻳﻚ ﺗﺠﺎﺭﻯ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰﻫﺎ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﻮﺩ.

ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ﻡ2011 (89-90) ﭼﻴﻨﻰﻫﺎ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻳﻚﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺑﺎﺯﺍﺭ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﺍﺧﺘﻴﺎﺭ ﺩﺍﺷــﺘﻨﺪ ﺍﻣﺎ 4 ﺳﺎﻝ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻳﻌﻨﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺎﻝ ﻡ2015 (93-94) ﺍﻳﻦ ﺳﻬﻢ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﭼﻴﻨﻰﻫﺎ 9 ﺑﺮﺍﺑﺮ ﺷﺪ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺰﺩﻳﻚ ﺑﻪ 9ﺩﺭﺻﺪ ﺭﺳﻴﺪ.

ﺷﻜﺴﺘﻪ ﺷﺪﻥ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﺪ ﻓﺮﺍﻧﺴﻮﻯﻫﺎ ﺩﻭﺑﺎﺭﻩ ﺭﺍﻩ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻤﺖ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﻛﺞ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﻭ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﻯ ﺩﻭﺑﺎﺭﻩ ﺁﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳــﺎﺯﺍﻥ ﺑﺰﺭگ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺳﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﻮﺩ. ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺴﺖ ﺭﺷﺪ ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎ ﺭﺍ ﭘﻮﺷﺶ ﺩﺍﺩﻩ ﻭ ﻗﻴﻤﺖﻫﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻰﺗﺮﻯ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺩﻫﺪ.

ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮﺍﻳﻦ، ﺩﺭ ﭘﺎﻳﺎﻥ ﺳــﺎﻝ ﻡ2016 (94-95) ﺍﺯ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻥ ﺭﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﺠﺪﻫﻢ ﺩﺭ ﺳﺮﺍﺳــﺮ ﺩﻧﻴﺎ ﺭﺍ ﻛﺴــﺐ ﻛﺮﺩ. ﺍﺯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﺗﺒﻪ ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﺷﺪ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺳــﺎﻝ ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﻣﻴﻼﺩﻯ ﺑﻪ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﺯ ﺗﺤﺮﻳﻢ ﺭﻫﺎ ﺷﺪﻩ، ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺳﺎﻝ ﺑﺎ ﺭﺷــﺪ 6/81ﺩﺭﺻﺪﻯ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺭﺷﺪ ﺭﺍ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻴﺎﻥ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻛﺸﻮﺭﻫﺎﻯ ﺧﻮﺩﺭﻭﺳﺎﺯ ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻛﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭﻯ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ ﺍﻳﺘﺎﻟﻴﺎ ﻧﻴﺰ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻴﺰﺍﻥ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺳــﺒﻘﺖ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
