‪1) Heat few splash of vegetable oil in‬ ‪a medium frying pan over a medium‬ ‪heat, sauté the onions until they get‬ ‪slightly golden. Add the ham, sau-‬ ‪sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper,‬ ‪stirring frequently and set aside. (You‬ ‪can add some mushrooms and green‬ ‪bell peppers in case you like)‬

‪2) Rinse the pasta and set aside to‬ ‪cool down combine in with ham mix-‬ ‪ture, cheese and thyme powder.‬

‪3) Coat the inside bottom and sides‬ ‪of each cup in the cupcake pan using‬ ‪the butter,‬ ‪Spoon the prepared pasta mixture‬ ‪into the cupcake molds filling evenly‬ ‪to about 2/3 full. Top them with grated‬ ‪cheddar or mozzarella cheese.‬

‪4) Preheat the oven to 180°C, place‬ ‪the tray in the middle of the oven.‬ ‪Bake them until golden brown, about‬ ‪15 to 20 minutes. Let it be cool for a‬ ‪few minutes and carefully unmold‬ ‪with a spoon onto a serving platter.‬
