ﺗﻌﻴﻴــﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﺩﻳــﺮ ﺍﻧــﺪﻙ ﺩﺍﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺎﻳﻌــﺎﺕ ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜــﻰ )ﭘﻼﺳﻤﺎ، ﺳﺮﻡ ﺧﻮﻥ ﻭ ﺍﺩﺭﺍﺭ( ﻳﻜﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺕ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻭ ﺑﺎﺍﻫﻤﻴﺖ ﺩﺭ ﻣﺮﺍﺣﻞ ﺍﻧﺪﺍﺯﻩﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﻭ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮﺩ ﺩﺍﺭﻭ ﺑﺮ ﺑﺪﻥ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﻳﻜــﻰ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺮﺍﺣﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻃﻰ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻓﺮﺁﻳﻨﺪ، ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻣﺤﻠﻮﻝ ﺁﺯﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﺵﻫﺎﻯ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻝ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻰﺗﻮﺍﻥ ﺍﺳــﺘﺨﺮﺍﺝ ﻣﺎﻳﻊ-ﻣﺎﻳﻊ (LLE) ﻭ ﺍﺳــﺘﺨﺮﺍﺝ ﻓــﺎﺯ ﺟﺎﻣﺪ (SPE) ﺭﺍ ﻧــﺎﻡ ﺑﺮﺩ. ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭﺵﻫــﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮﺭ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻝ ﮔﺮﺍﻥﻗﻴﻤــﺖ، ﻭﻗﺖﮔﻴﺮ ﻭ ﻧﻴﺎﺯﻣﻨﺪ ﻣﺼﺮﻑ ﺑﺎﻻﻳﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺣﻼﻝﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﻟﻰ ﺳــﻤﻰ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺸﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﻫﻤﻮﺍﺭﻩ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻧﺒﺎﻝ ﺩﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻰ ﺑﻪ ﺭﻭﺵﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﺯﻣﺎﻳﺸــﻰ ﺣﺴــﺎﺱ ﻭ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮﺭ ﺑﻮﺩﻩﺍﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﮔﺰﺍﺭﺵ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﺳــﻼﻣﻰ ﻭﺍﺣﺪ ﻋﻠﻮﻡ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻳﻰ ﺗﻬﺮﺍﻥ، ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺸﮕﺮﺍﻥ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻤﻜﺎﺭﻯ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﻋﻠﻮﻡ ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻰ ﺷــﻬﻴﺪ ﺑﻬﺸﺘﻰ ﻭ ﺳﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﻏﺬﺍ ﻭ ﺩﺍﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶﻫﺎﻯ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺴــﺘﻪﺍﻧﺪ ﺍﺯ ﺭﻭﺷــﻰ ﺳﺎﺩﻩ، ﺳــﺮﻳﻊ، ﻛﻢﻫﺰﻳﻨﻪ ﻭ ﺑﺎ ﺩﻗﺖ ﺑــﺎﻻ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﺷﻨﺎﺳــﺎﻳﻰ ﻭ ﺍﻧﺪﺍﺯﻩﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﻣﻘﺎﺩﻳﺮ ﺍﻧــﺪﻙ ﺩﺍﺭﻭ ﺩﺭ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫــﺎﻯ ﺧــﻮﻥ ﻭ ﺍﺩﺭﺍﺭ ﺑﻬﺮﻩ ﺑﺒﺮﻧــﺪ. ﺩﺭ ﺍﻳﻦ ﺭﻭﺵ ﺍﺯ ﻧﺎﻧﻮﺟﺎﺫﺏﻫﺎﻯ ﮔﺮﺍﻓﻨﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺷــﺪﻩ ﻛﻪ ﻧﻴﺎﺯ ﺑﻪ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﺩﺳﺘﮕﺎﻩ ﺳﺎﻧﺘﺮﻳﻔﻴﻮژ ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﻭ ﻇﺮﻓﻴﺖ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺎﻣﻴﻦ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ. ﺍﻳﻦ ﭘﮋﻭﻫﺶﻫﺎ ﺩﺭ ﻣﻘﻴﺎﺱ ﺁﺯﻣﺎﻳﺸــﮕﺎﻫﻰ ﺍﻧﺠﺎﻡ ﺷــﺪﻩ ﺍﺳــﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ ﻳﺎﺳﺮ ﭘﺎﺷﺎﺋﻰ، ﻛﺎﺭﺷــﻨﺎﺱ ﺍﺭﺷﺪ ﺷــﻴﻤﻰ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻳﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺩﺍﻧﺸﮕﺎﻩ ﺁﺯﺍﺩ ﺍﺳﻼﻣﻰ ﻭﺍﺣــﺪ ﻋﻠﻮﻡ ﺩﺍﺭﻭﻳــﻰ ﺗﻬﺮﺍﻥ، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮﺭ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻝ ﺁﻣﺎﺩﻩﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺍﺳﺘﺨﺮﺍﺝ ﻭ ﻏﻨﻰﺳﺎﺯﻯ ﺁﻧﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﺍﺯ ﻣﺤﻴﻂﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﺑﺎ ﭘﺎﻳﻪ ﭘﻴﭽﻴﺪﻩ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﺯ ﺁﻧﺠﺎ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻣﺎﻳﻌﺎﺕ ﺑﻴﻮﻟﻮژﻳﻜﻰ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻯ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎﺭ ﭘﻴﭽﻴﺪﻩﺍﻯ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﻭ ﺁﻧﺎﻟﻴﺰ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ ﺩﺍﺭﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺍﻧﺘﺨﺎﺏﻧﺎﭘﺬﻳﺮﻯ ﺍﻣﻜﺎﻥﭘﺬﻳﺮ ﻧﻴﺴﺖ، ﺳﻨﺘﺰ ﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻔﺎﺩﻩ ﺍﺯ ﻳــﻚ ﺟــﺎﺫﺏ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑــﺮﺍﻯ ﺧﺎﻟﺺﺳــﺎﺯﻯ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ ﺍﻣﺮﻯ ﺿﺮﻭﺭﻯ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻰﺭﺳﺪ.
