ﺭﻳﻴﺲ ﺳــﺎﺯﻣﺎﻥ ﺻﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺳــﻴﻤﺎ، ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺕ ﺭﺍﻳــﮕﺎﻥ ﺭﺍ ﭘﺎﺩﺍﺵ ﺭﺳــﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺑﻨﮕﺎﻩ ﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﺩﺍﻧﺴــﺖ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺭ ﺭﺍﺳﺘﺎﻯ ﺍﺷﺘﻐﺎﻝ ﻭ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻠﻰ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﻴﺖ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﻋﺒﺪﺍﻟﻌﻠﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺴﻜﺮﻯ ﺩﺭﺑﺎﺭﻩ ﻭﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺕ ﺩﺭ ﺻﺪﺍ ﻭﺳــﻴﻤﺎ ﮔﻔﺖ: ﺷﺮﻛﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﻛﻮﭼﻚ ﻭ ﻣﺘﻮﺳــﻂ ﺑﻪ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻮﺩﻥ ﻗﻴﻤﺖ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐــﺎﺕ ﺗﻮﺍﻧﺎﻳﻰ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻣﺤﺼــﻮﻻﺕ ﺧﻮﺩ ﺭﺍ ﻧﺪﺍﺭﻧﺪ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﻴﻦ ﺩﻟﻴﻞ ﺷــﺎﻫﺪ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺕ ﻛﺎﻻﻫــﺎﻯ ﺷــﺮﻛﺖﻫﺎﻯ ﺑــﺰﺭگ ﺩﺭ ﺗﻠﻮﻳﺰﻳﻮﻥ ﻫﺴــﺘﻴﻢ. ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺴﻜﺮﻯ ﻭﻇﻴﻔﻪ ﺭﺳﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻠﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎﻯ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰ ﺩﺍﻧﺴﺖ ﻭ ﮔﻔﺖ: ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎﻯ ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻰ ﻣﻤﻨﻮﻉ ﺍﺳــﺖ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﺁﻥ ﺩﺳﺘﻪ ﺍﺯ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺩﺍﺭﺍﻯ ﺑﺮﻧﺪ)ﻧﻤﺎﺩ( ﺧﺎﺭﺟﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ ﻭﻟﻰ ﺩﺭ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻣﻰﺷــﻮﺩ ﺟﺰﻭ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﻫﺴــﺘﻨﺪ. ﻭﻯ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎﻯ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﺍﺯ ﺻﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺳــﻴﻤﺎ ﺭﺍ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺭﻭﻧﻖ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻛﺸــﻮﺭ ﺩﺍﻧﺴــﺖ ﻭ ﮔﻔﺖ: ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑﺘﻮﺍﻧﻴﻢ ﺑﻪ ﺯﻳﺒﺎﻳــﻰ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎﻯ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﺑﭙﺮﺩﺍﺯﻳﻢ ﻛﻪ ﺍﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﻣﻤﻜﻦ ﺍﺳﺖ ﺑﺮﺧﻰ ﺗﺼﻮﺭ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ ﺷﻜﻞ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺗﻰ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺍﺯ ﺍﻗﺸــﺎﺭ ﻭ ﮔﺮﻭﻩﻫﺎﻯ ﻛﻢ ﺩﺭﺁﻣﺪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺍﺳــﺖ، ﺍﻣﺎ ﺍﻳﻨﮕﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﻴﺴــﺖ ﭼﻮﻥ ﺻﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺳــﻴﻤﺎ ﻛﺎﻻﻫــﺎﻯ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﻰ ﺭﺍ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻎ ﻣﻰﻛﻨﺪ ﻛــﻪ ﺍﻳﻦ ﻛﺎﻻﻫﺎ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﻫﻤﻪ ﻣﺮﺩﻡ ﻣﻔﻴﺪ ﺍﺳﺖ. ﻭﻯ ﺍﻇﻬﺎﺭ ﺍﻣﻴﺪﻭﺍﺭﻯ ﻛﺮﺩ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺕ ﺗﻠﻮﻳﺰﻳﻮﻧﻰ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎﻥ ﺩﺍﺧﻠﻰ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ ﻭ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮﻭﺵ ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻﺕ ﺍﻳﺮﺍﻧﻰ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷــﻮﺩ. ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﻰ ﻋﻼﻭﻩ ﺑﺮ ﺍﻳﻨﻜﻪ ﻳﻚ ﻣﻨﻔﻌﺖ ﻣﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺖ، ﺩﺭ ﺭﺍﺳﺘﺎﻯ ﺗﻮﻟﻴﺪ ﻭ ﺍﺷﺘﻐﺎﻝ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺑﻮﺩ ﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺳــﺮﻋﺖ ﭼﺮﺥ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻛﺸﻮﺭ ﺧﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ ﻭ ﭼﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺒﻠﻴﻐﺎﺗﻰ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ ﺻﺪﺍ ﻭ ﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻳﻚ ﺍﻓﺘﺨﺎﺭ ﺍﺳﺖ.
