Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Co. to Develop Two Projects, Costing Rls.10,000b
Chadormalu Mining & Industrial Company will invest 10,000 billion rials worth of capital for launching two development projects.
Eng. Mahmoud Mesrinejad CEO of Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company announced the above statement and said: “Project for the construction of new pelletizing factory with the production capacity of four million tons was put atop agenda per annum.”
Over 7,177 billion rials worth of capital was invested for launching this giant project, he said, adding: “This giant project will become operational during four years.”
He also pointed to the construction of two 550,000-ton rolling mill (totally 1,100,000 tons) as the other programs of the company and added: “Feasibility studies are underway for the construction of this steel manufacturing unit, costing 2,646 billion rials, so that internal resources of the company and also other resources will be envisioned for launching this project.”
According to the scheduled program, this plant will be put into operation in the next three years, he maintained.
Elsewhere in his remarks, ARDAKAN Industrial Complex Manager revealed the 83% physical progress of Direct Reduction Iron (DRI) Factory in the vicinity of Steel Ingot Production Factory and said: “As one of the largest national projects with the unique structure, construction operation of Direct Reduction Iron (DRI) in Chadormalu was launched at the unsparing and unflinching efforts of industrious engineers.”
Turning to the activity of Chadormalu Steel Ingot Manufacturing Plant, he said: “Fortunately, ingot production in this steel production complex is on the verge of growth and it is hoped that production volume of steel will be increased before termination of the current year (to end March 20, 2018).”
In the end, Eng. Mahmoud Mesrinejad CEO of Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Company reiterated: “Ingot production is still underway in three working shifts, so that necessary training services is offered to the native youth of this province both practically and theoretically.”
