weapon, and has been bru­tally used against it. Hence, the same way it has been against the use of chem­i­cal weapons, it is now, and will in the fu­ture, be against this inhumane be­hav­ior of us­ing chem­i­cal weapons any­where around the world.

While se­ri­ously con­demn­ing this re­pul­sive and inhumane act, the Kur­dis­tan Re­gion Pres­i­dency asks the in­ter­na­tional com­mu­nity and in­ter­na­tional or­ga­ni­za­tions to put a limit to this act, which is against any hu­man and ethi- cal val­ues; the do­ers should be found out soon and nec­es­sary ac­tion should be taken against them and be pun­ished. More­over, we would like to ex­tend our sym­pa­thy to­wards the fam­i­lies of the vic­tims of this dis­as­ter and the whole Syr­ian na­tion and wish that this war, de­struc­tion and mis­ery of the Syr­ian na­tion will come to an end very soon.
