Kurdistan Prime Minister unveils ‘Downtown Erbil’
Emaar to invest $3billion in a luxurious lifestyle development in Erbil

Underlining Emaar's expansion into Iraq, Downtown Erbil is to feature an iconic skyline with majestic twin towers, the city's largest shopping mall and entertainment destination, several world-class hotels, modern homes and offices.

On Wednesday 27 October, Nechirvan Barzani, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, unveiled, Downtown Erbil, the first integrated lifestyle development of its kind in the region. Erbil in the fastgrowing city in Kurdistan.

The project brings the worldclass project development competencies of Emaar, which has created global icons such as Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building, and the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping and entertainment destination.
