Kur­dish Pres­i­dent at­tends a mil­i­tary ex­hi­bi­tion with the King of Jordan

Dur­ing his visit to Jordan, the Kur­dis­tan Re­gion Pres­i­dent Mas­soud Barzani at­tended the Sofex 2014 Ex­hi­bi­tion, which was in­au­gu­rated by King Ab­dulla II of the King­dom of Jordan on 6th of May.

The ex­hi­bi­tion was or­ga­nized at the Am­man Air­base, where nu­mer­ous weapons and mil­i­tary oper­a­tion equip­ments were show­cased.

The ex­hi­bi­tion brought to­gether 371 world-renowned ex­hibitors in the fields of de­fense, home­land se­cu­rity and coun­tert­er­ror­ism from about 41 coun­tries.

Around 600 of­fi­cials and politi­cians around the world at­tended the ex­hi­bi­tion, where a num­ber of counter ter­ror­ism shows were per­formed.

Pres­i­dent Barzani vis­ited the King­dom of Jordan last week to meet King Ab­dulla II and a num­ber of high rank­ing Jor­da­nian of­fi­cials.
